Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from customer inquiries to vehicle delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record of driving sales success in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive sales, with 1 years in a management or leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving sales team performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership operations
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
